2025년 1월 21일부터, 캐나다의 워크퍼밋 소지자가 동반하는 배우자/동거인 오픈 워크퍼밋을 신청하고자 한다면 이민국이 지정한 조건에 해당 되어야 오픈 워크퍼밋 접수가 가능합니다. 또한 이전 포스팅에서도 알려드린바와 같이 가족의 동반 오픈워크퍼밋의 경우 배우자/동거인만 신청이 가능하고 자녀들의 경우 더 이상 신청이 불가능 합니다.
신청을 위한 조건 1
동반 배우자/동거인 오픈 워크퍼밋 신청 시점에 워크퍼밋 소지자(Principal applicant)의 워크퍼밋이 최소 16개월 이상 유효해야 합니다.
신청을 위한 조건 2
워크퍼밋 소지자는(Principal applicant) 이민국이 지정한 TEER 혹은 Job title내에서 고용 되어 있어야 합니다.
- TEER 0, 1 : 해당 TEER 내의 어떤 직종이든 무관
- TEER 2,3 : 아래 안내 된 NOC 에서 고용되어 있어야 신청 가능

난민 신청을 한 경우
집행불가능한 추방 명령을 받은 경우
PGWP를 신청했으나 아직 승인을 받지 못한 경우
